Please follow these pet policies within Hye Park:

• Pets are not allowed to run loose within the community. In accordance with the San Diego leash law, dogs must be on a leash at all times at Hye Park.
• Owners and residents must maintain their balcony or deck in a sanitary condition if a pet is allowed to access those areas. OWNER AND RESIDENTS SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEIR PETS TO URINATE OR DEFECATE ON THE BALCONY OR DECK.
• The owner or resident is responsible and legally liable for any personal injury or property damage caused by their pet.
• You must clean up after your pet. Fines will be imposed on violators. We ask the community to immediately inform Management if you witness a pet owner not cleaning up pet waste.
